Your first session includes a FREE initial consultation, pre-exercise questionnaire, fitness assessment, lifestyle questionnaire and nutritional screening. Together with discussion we will together we look at your lifestyle and life choices and set and agree your short, medium and long term goals.  This will be followed by an initial training session to introduce you to each movement and to train you to perform each movement safely and effectively to the best of your ability teaching you the techniques needed to ensure you receive the maximum benefits from each exercise.
