CurvyAerobics offers you a fun and easy way to keep fit, lose weight, improve your stamina, strength and flexibility, strengthen your core, improve your balance all to a backdrop of funky motivational music.

Classes are taught by a specialist qualified instructor, who is herself plus sized.  The class has been designed for the full figured or overweight body to help you get moving, improve your fitness and have fun.

There is a lot of variation in the class – we sometimes do cardio-core, we do mat work, we sometimes use weights, the students have asked to try fat yoga and loved it and of course there is Curvy Aerobics.

Importantly we have created a body positive environment where size and ability does not matter but you do.

Have you been thinking you are too fat to dance or move? This class suits all sizes its low to medium impact exercises and easy to follow routines will help you build your exercise confidence and enjoy keeping fit.
