We have a health crisis in the UK, currently over 62% of the population is obese or overweight. A recent Government report claimed obesity will cost the NHS £6.4bn per year by 2015. The UK's Chief Medical Officers recommend 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week to maintain health. We need to take back control of our body's health and lifestyles!
Lauretta has used her experience and knowledge to design bespoke fitness classes for people who are full-figured. Participants have lost weight, built stamina, muscular strength and endurance, increased their flexibility/ range of movement and gained confidence.
