Full Figured Fitness™provides fitness, exercise and life coaching for men and women. I specialise in working training people who are full figured/plus sized/obese, people managing weight related conditions, or who may be de-conditioned/ inactive, new or returning to exercise or who don't traditionally exercise. All classes are designed and taught by a qualified plus sized fitness instructor! We have a health crisis in the UK, currently over 62% of the population is obese or overweight. A recent Government report claimed obesity will cost the NHS £6.4bn per year by 2015. The UK's Chief Medical Officers recommend 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week to maintain health. We need to take back control of our body's health and lifestyles!

Lauretta can help you burn fat lose weight, build stamina, muscular strength and endurance, increase your flexibility/ range of movement and can help you grow in confidence.

Lauretta Johnnie, Founding Director has made many guest appearances and presentations and has been filmed and interviewed for BBC News (Online), London Live, Mail Online, Sky News and Channel 5 other media includes BBC News, BBC Radio Breakfast Show, BBC Drivetime Show and was invited to perform live at Leisure Industry Week 2013.
